I do not know if Chinese is synonymous with birds in Manchester, but no one has tried salt and pepper chips. I bought on Sunday night, very spicy, but very different and more fun than you think. Take your chips in the kitchen and add the peppers and onions and throw them all spiceymix and heat in a wok.

Yes, they are incredible! Chippy Chinese are with green peppers, onions and peppers to do, and, of course, season salt and pepper. Mega is spicy, but delicious: xx) Yum Yum
